CAREERS

Hard problems. Small team.

Advanced radar is still mostly imported. We’re building it in India: AESA performance in a form factor small enough to deploy anywhere. It’s hard engineering, and the people who join us will own it end to end.

OPEN ROLES

Senior RF Engineer

Gurugram, Haryana

Apply by email

Own the radio-frequency chain of our AESA radar, from the antenna elements to the receiver.

What you'll work on

  • Design transmit/receive modules, feed networks and the antenna elements that make up the array.
  • Lay out the array so the beam stays clean as it is steered across the sector.
  • Calibrate and measure phase and amplitude across hundreds of channels, in the lab and on the range.
  • Take designs from simulation, to bench, to field trials with the full radar.

Who might be a fit

You like making hardware work in the real world. Experience with radar, phased arrays or other RF systems is welcome, but no particular background is required.

FPGA Developer

Gurugram, Haryana

Apply by email

Build the digital backbone of the radar: the logic that forms, points and processes the beam in real time.

What you'll work on

  • Implement digital beamforming and beam steering that switch in microseconds.
  • Build waveform generation and the digital receiver chain.
  • Move high-speed data between the array, the processing unit and the operator display.
  • Work with the RF and algorithm teams to get new ideas running on real hardware.

Who might be a fit

You enjoy fast, deterministic digital design. Experience with radar, communications or other real-time systems is welcome, but no particular background is required.

Signal Processing & Algorithms Engineer

Gurugram, Haryana

Apply by email

Turn raw radar echoes into tracks that operators can trust.

What you'll work on

  • Develop detection and clutter-suppression methods for small, slow, low-flying targets.
  • Build tracking that follows several targets at once and keeps them separate.
  • Classify targets from their signatures, such as telling a drone from a bird.
  • Test and improve everything on recorded and live field data.

Who might be a fit

You like turning messy data into clear answers. Experience with radar, tracking or machine learning is welcome, but no particular background is required.
